Prime Craftsman Homes is a Native woman-owned, TERO-certified modular home builder in Oklahoma, dedicated to creating durable, efficient, and truly affordable housing. Our homes are built offsite for faster delivery, designed to be insurable and mortgageable for traditional financing, and reinforced for extreme weather conditions.
We are committed to combating the housing and homelessness crisis by partnering with organizations like Eden Village Tulsa and other community initiatives across the state. Our innovative construction approach, building homes in a controlled environment and placing them on permanent foundations, reduces costs, speeds up delivery, and ensures long-term stability.
Using American-made products and ADA-compliant designs, we provide housing solutions for families, communities, and disaster relief efforts nationwide.

CEO & Co-Founder
amanda@primecraftsmanhomes.comBio: Amanda was born at the Indian hospital in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, carrying a rich heritage as the eighth great-granddaughter of Nancy Ward and the fifth great-granddaughter of Major George Lowery (both prominent figures of the Cherokee Nation).
Raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Amanda graduated from high school and pursued a career in Nursing, gaining valuable experience in both acute and long-term care settings. In 2017, she transitioned into Healthcare Marketing and has since dedicated her efforts to addressing the affordable national housing crisis, a focus she embraced in 2024.A proud mother of four daughters and four sons, as well as a grandmother to one; Amanda strives to make a positive impact on as many lives as she can throughout her lifetime.

jake@primecraftsmanhomes.comBio: Jake is a dedicated professional with a strong background in the luxury residential industry, specializing in quality assurance, punch-out, and community sales.
Born in Lawrence, Kansas, and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Jake graduated from Memorial High School and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Oklahoma State University, followed by a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
Previously serving as Vice President of Commercial Lending; Jake's true passion lies in affordable housing, driven by a vision he received. As a father of eight and a grandfather - he is committed to addressing the growing need for affordable housing in an increasingly expensive society, guided by his Christian values.

COO/CFO & Co-Founder
cody@primecraftsmanhomes.comBio: Colton (Cody) Primeaux was born and raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Ponca City high school and enlisted in the United States army reserves in May of 2011 and still is currently serving. Cody has a background in Military Finance and has been in the construction field from a young age, being taught to work with his hands from his grandfathers and had a strong work ethic instilled by his parents at a very early age.
In 2014 Cody became an Electrician’s Apprentice, working his way up to becoming a General Foreman with his company before leaving to pursue his passion for building affordable housing. He is dedicated to providing affordable housing and ending homelessness in the United States.
As a husband and father of one infant son; Colton is driven to make sure he leaves the world in a better shape for his children then when he entered.
